Suspended / Revoked Drivers License

According to Washington DUI law, if you register a .08 blood alcohol content level (BAC) on a breath test (Breathalyzer) after being stopped in your vehicle by police, or you refuse to take the Breathalyzer test, your license will automatically be subject to suspension or revocation.  If you are facing charges of DUI, you need a Washington State DUI defense lawyer .
